Women are the axis of any family around whom future and present generation revolves.

In this present materialist world economics plays a vital role in shaping the role and position of women in their family as well as in society.

Keeping these facts in mind we are committed to towards ensuring equal livelihood opportunities for the women belonging to poor and marginalized section of both rural as well as urban societies.

What we do to achieve the target:

LIVELY HOOD TRAINING & CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMS AT A GLANCE:

A. NABARD'S GRANT ASSISTANCE FOR PROMOTION & LINKAGE OF 50 SHGs IN BIKANER DIST:

A three year program to create and nurture the economic capability of women living in extreme poverty in rural and urban locality of Bikaner district has enabled at least 750 women to enhance their skills and knowledge and provides a platform to start their own small scale production and marketing.

B. SJSRY AND ZILAUDYOG KENDRA:

More than 150 SHG (self help group) has been formed, trained in various trades and financially supported to start their own small scale business. We also helped in selling their products and now these groups are at the door of establishing a well organized business.
