This type of program is basically designed for farmers in order to learn new techniques and methodology in the field of agriculture. The conference is held by the scientists and experts from Agriculture University, Animal Husbandry Department Experts, KVK's, ARS etc, so that the farmers get the maximum exposure.
Navyug Vikas & Anusandhan has been conducting this type of program with the assistance of ATMA Department so that farmers can directly learn from the experts. In 2013-14 we conducted various farmer scientist interactive awareness camps benefitting almost 200 plus men/ women farmers. The farmer scientist interactive awareness camps were conducted in Khajuwala, Jhajhu, Kolayat, and 17 KYD.

Till of the date most of the farmers of our country are not using the technologies available just a step ahead to them. Since the introduction of ATMA Project by Government, Non Government Organization (NGO) are being used for organizing KISAN GOSTHI, SEMINARS,WORKSHOPS and other techniques of technology transfer.
NYVAS had organized One Farmer-Scientist Interaction and Two KISHAN GOSTHI during 2012-13. A brief of these programs is:
In the month of Oct 2012, a two days Farmer- Scientist Interaction was organized at KVK, BEECHWAL, Bikaner.
About 100 Farmers of Bikaner District and 11 Scientists and Expert, Interacted with each other over Agriculture and allied sectors. Experts from NABARD detailed the various schemes available to small and marginal farmers and animal rearers. Irrigation Expert of ARS Bikaner advocated the Importance of water use effectively and invited the Farmers to visit ARS.
Farmers put their queries, forward to concern Scientist & Experts. Some Queries were solved on the spot & some are carried on the next day.
A visit to Poly House Technique and ARS Farm let the farmers to learn modern techniques at water saving and salt treatment.
The farmers were also informed about educational opportunities available for small& marginal farmer's children's and welfare for women of BPL Families.
